Ultra Clear Metallic Film Double Magnetron
Material: Polyester Film, Ceramic Nanoparticle Coating, Metallic Particle Coating, Acrylic Hard Coat, Light Stabilizers, Dyes etc .
Process: polyester film base undergoes a nano ceramic coating, followed by double magnetron sputtering which utilizes magnetic and electric fields to deposit metallic particles in an ultra-thin layer. A hard coat is applied for durability. The finished film is tested, slit into specific widths.
