Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

2、Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated pipeline to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources for modeling tasks.
3、Interact with business customers and project owner to identify business questions and product requirements for data analysis and machine learning experiments.
4、Identify valuable discovery and meaningful insights from the data mining and machine learning process on large data and metadata sources.
5、Interpret, convey, and communicate insight findings and discovery achievements from analysis and experiments.

Required Qualifications:
1、Theoretical and applied principles of statistical analysis, machine learning, data mining, and other research methodologies.
2、Minimum 3 years' experience using statistical computer languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
3、Coding knowledge and experience with several languages (C, C++, Java etc.).
4、Approaches, tools and techniques that promote the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns and relationships to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods and interpretations in a variety of business situations.
5、Integrating data from disparate structured and unstructured sources for querying and mining relevant information.
6、Designing and developing analytical research experiments.
7、Identifying and anticipating problems, reviewing related information, developing and evaluating options, making decisions and implementing technical solutions.
8、Effectively communicating and presenting complex technical data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Solves equipment problems independently, cross functionally with other engineering and facilities resources, or with third parties. Develops and manages process for equipment maintenance and parts replacement. Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment in partnership with production teams. Provides recommendations, justification, and qualification for purchases of new equipment. Creates, defines, and documents maintenance and standard chamber processes and trains staff as needed. Works with IT as vinyl coating chamber equipment software support and is comfortable learning new software programs with an emphasis on software/hardware updates/upgrades Supports production team efforts in machine, efficiency, and facility improvements, as necessary. Become the Subject matter expert on all aspects of vinyl coating chambers in our business Works Hands-on to fix and resolve mechanical issues on thin film chamber equipment Responsible for promoting a culture of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or science related field required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant industry or academic experience is required.
Requirements:
Must be flexible and able to prioritize the needs of production with ease and positivity. Ability to work occasional nights or weekends - typically project or vendor dependent Must have excellent communications skills and experience working within teams of engineers and technicians in a production environment. Well-developed troubleshooting, problem solving, root-cause determination and analytical skills are a must.
