(1) Customers provide design drawing source files or sample pieces.

(2) According to market and product characteristics, after mutual communication, Kunlin will provide professional solutions include how to reduce waste and lower failure rate.  The topic range including following areas:

1. Applicable places like: shopping malls, clubs, hotels, residences, all windows, cars, office buildings, and a series of buildings.

2. According to product category. 

     If woodgrain film, we will talk of chemical properties like : waterproof, fireproof, anticorrosion, cold, adhesion, thickness etc.

     If glass film, beside above properties m, we will plus high temperature resistance, UV protection

(3) Collect sample making fee or charge 30% trial deposit of the order to start 

(4) Send sample to customer .

(7) Packaging: 

For big rolls packing : Each roll wrap with pearl cotton coil then put inside clear plastic bag, both sides insert protective plugs, one roll in one box; 

For small rolls packing: wrap in plastic film only and paste logo or instructions if customers required, then 6-20 rolls One box. 

During Container load, product will placed according to category, which is better for checking quantity inventory when customers unload it.

(8) Negotiate after-sales policy: confirm terms to distinguish mutual rights and  responsibility so as how to mutual assist for troubleshooting
